Every sacral gate carries its own shadow - a way the life-force energy gets distorted before it ever reaches the life you’re building. In this deep dive, we’re naming nine of them, but they tend to show up in three familiar patterns: Too much, or not enough. Pushing through when you should rest. Rushing what needed time. Staying stuck long after the moment for movement passed. Not fully honest. Saying yes when your body said no. Half-committing. Compromising the response to keep the peace. Built around someone else. Energy spent proving, keeping up, or meeting an expectation that was never yours to meet. We’ll go gate by gate through the sacral centre and find exactly where your energy is being spent - and where it’s ready to come home to you.
